As part of NOTTOMORROW’s Artist Picks during Berlin Art Week, Bachner Vessels is presented at Maria Black Store, bringing ceramics into dialogue with jewellery and the space around it.
For the presentation, Bachner Vessels function as sculptural displays for jewellery, bringing ceramic and jewellery into dialogue as objects of form, function, material and adornment. Both vessels and jewellery incorporate wax in their making processes, creating a shared material connection between the two practices while resulting in distinctly different objects and expressions.
